Clear chicken chintan and dashi based soup with a shio (salt-based) tare. Includes chashu (pork), ajitama (soft-boiled egg), menma (bamboo shoots), and nori (seaweed). 

Classic Shoyu Ramen 醤油ラーメン ​ ​ ​ ​ ​​ ​ ​​ ​$18

Clear chicken chintan and dashi based soup with a shoyu (soy sauce-based) tare. Includes chashu (pork), chicken breast, ajitama (soft-boiled egg), menma (bamboo shoots), spinach, and nori (seaweed).

Classic Tonkotsu Ramen 豚骨ラーメン ​​​$18

Creamy pork paitan soup.  Includes chashu (pork), ajitama (soft-boiled egg), menma (bamboo shoots),  beni shoga (pickled ginger), and nori (seaweed).  Served with a thin straight Hakata-style noodle. Spiciness and garlic levels are customizable.

Clear chicken chintan and dashi based soup with an apple wood smoked shoyu tare. Includes chashu (pork), chicken breast, ajitama (soft-boiled egg), menma (bamboo shoots), spinach, and nori (seaweed).

Triple Threat 三重脅威  ​ ​ ​ ​​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​$20

A tribute to my mentor Eric at Menya Hosaki.  Soup combines chicken chintan, dashi, and tonkotsu. Includes chashu (pork), ajitama (soft-boiled egg), menma (bamboo shoots), spinach, and nori (seaweed).

Yuzu Shio Ramen 柚子塩ラーメン ​​​​​ ​​ ​ ​ ​ ​​ ​$20

Clear chicken chintan and dashi based soup with a shio tare, finished with yuzu juice and yuzu oil. Includes chashu (pork), chicken breast, ajitama (soft-boiled egg), pea shoots, white Chinese leek, and a Meyer lemon slice.

Kombusui Tsukemen 昆布水つけ麺  ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​​​​​$22 (Very Limited)

Tsukemen (dipping ramen). Noodles served in kombu water with yuzu juice. Dipping broth is a concentrated chicken chintan and niboshi dashi. Includes thinly sliced pork shoulder chashu and ajitama. Served with a garnish plate of Meyer lemon slice, beni shoga, and yuzu kosho. Soup wari (dashi) available upon request at the end of the meal. Please see the tsukemen guide for instructions.
